
We are introducing a 6-week online programme led by our Health Coach, Joanna. She will hold a supportive space for us each week and help keep you accountable between sessions.
Weekly meetings will include nervous-system–focused topics, relevant theories, and clear explanations of key concepts, alongside guided practice of various techniques.
Throughout the programme, we will explore a range of practices including breathwork, vagal toning, meditation, and embodied approaches.
Between sessions, participants will receive ongoing support through a WhatsApp group, with regular motivating and supportive content.
This programme is also about building a community of people committed to creating regular daily practices and walking this journey together. In a world that often feels chaotic and anxiety-inducing, it is a gift to have a space where we can recalibrate, connect, and co-create inner peace together.
