At Cogmission, we believe in lifelong learning. That's why we're excited to announce our Brain Health Programme workshop! Led by trained practitioners specializing in Functional Medicine, nutrition, biofeedback therapy, herbal medicine, and more, our workshops empower you to take control of your brain health.

In our 6-week hands-on learning experience, you'll delve into topics such as Nutrition For The Brain, Optimising Gut Health, Stress Reduction, Good Sleep, Exercise, and Brain Training. Our advice is grounded in scientific research, and our experts will help you customize it to fit your lifestyle and needs.

We are planning an advanced Brain Health programme designed by the Cogmission team to be delivered later this year. It is dedicated to those of you who have completed the previous BHP and would like to further expand their knowledge on brain health, as well as to everyone who wants to understand how preventive measures can protect their brain from cognitive decline.

Charmaine Shepherd IFMCP MBAcC BSc Biomed

As a fully certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health journey. Jackie Forbes

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT & CNHC) I help clients address a wide range of chronic health issues including fatigue, digestive disorders, cardiovascular, weight gain and skin issues through to metabolic disease, autoimmune conditions and hormonal imbalance.  I also provide advice on general wellbeing, knowing what to eat or to simply kick start a healthier way of life.

My approach is personalised, and specific to individual requirements. Every day we are bombarded with 'health' buzz words and an array of the latest diet trends. The road to health need not be so complicated! Small changes can make an amazing difference.  Food and diet is my main focus but I regularly recommend functional tests and supplements as part of a personalised protocol.
