Having led these classes for over three years, I've shared numerous breathing techniques and exercises aimed at enhancing posture and releasing muscular tension as well as fascia stretching. We also work on improving lung capacity during the class.
The well-known Framingham study, which observed 5,200 people for 29 years, found that having stronger lungs is closely linked to better health and living longer. People with larger lung capacity tend to be healthier and live longer than those with smaller lung capacity.
